This is a rugged and tough 50 Mile trail race with almost 14,000 feet of gain and loss. This course is absolutely stunning, and every climb you will be rewarded with draw dropping views of the ocean and deep valleys.

This is a rugged and tough 50k trail race with almost 6,000 feet of gain and loss. This course is absolutely stunning, and every climb you will be rewarded with draw dropping views of the ocean and deep valleys.

This is a rugged and tough 30k trail race with almost 6,000 feet of gain and loss, and its a little long for a 30k. We added the extra mileage to give you a race course that has roughly 75% ocean views, and tremendous amounts of single track. This course is absolutely stunning, and every climb you will be rewarded with draw dropping views of the ocean and deep valleys.

Aid station contents:

GU gels, GU chomps, GU roctane salt pills, Fluid electrolyte drink, tons of sweet and salty snacks, almond butter and jelly sandwiches, fresh cut up oranges, strawberries, watermelon, and ice if it’s warm.

Aid station mileage markers:

Mile 4.8 – Hell Hill full aid station

Mile 11 – Hell Hill full aid station

Mile 16 – Hell Hill full aid station

Mile 23 – Danielson Ranch full aid station – 1PM STRICT CUT OFF. You will be dropped to 50k if you get here a minute after 1pm. That’s 7 hours to go 23 miles. That’s barely a little over 3 miles an hour.

Mile 33 – Yerba Buena Road DROP BAGS – 3:30PM cut off

Mile 44 – Sycamore Canyon Fire Road full aid station – 7:30PM STRICT CUT OFF

Course Markings

Course will be very well marked with ribbon every 1/2 mile, and signs at EVERY turn. You will always know where you are going, and if you are on course at all times.

Minestrone soup, Subway sandwiches, and loads of snacks


Finishers
